  • Website: An electronic internet page accessible via a browser.
  • User: A customer authenticated on the website, with or without a finalized order.

Visitor: Any person who browses the website, regardless of whether they have registered or made purchases.

2. HOW THE ONLINE STORE WORKS

2.1. Sol e Flora offers an online platform for the sale of artisanal perfumes and cosmetics. Customers can purchase products directly through the online store, by registering and accepting the company's policies.

2.2. To place an order, the visitor must be duly authenticated, using a registered account or another validation method offered by the system.

2.3. Products must be added to the virtual cart. After choosing the items and shipping method, the customer must indicate the delivery address, choose the payment method, and complete the order.

2.4. After the purchase is finalized, the order will be submitted for approval or cancellation analysis. If approved, it will be processed and shipped according to the selected delivery method.

2.5. Sol e Flora reserves the right to automatically cancel orders in situations such as:

  • Non-payment of the bank slip within the stipulated period;
  • Card declined due to insufficient balance or data inconsistency;
  • Typographical errors or incorrect registration data;
  • Suspicion of unauthorized resale;
  • Misuse of purpose of purchase or suspicion of bad faith;
  • Systemic errors in clearly disproportionate prices.

2.6. In case of divergence between the values displayed in the shopping cart and on the product page, the final value informed in the cart, at the order completion stage, will prevail.
